If you are aware in time of the delay, please contact DTS in Sorrento. The driver will wait at least for 30 mins. for your arrival. Once you have communicated any changes to the pickup time, you will be advised that after the first 30 minutes of waiting, there will be a surcharge to pay of 20,00 eu per every extra hr for up to 8 pers. And 35,00 per every extra hr for up to 50 pers. This applies to private or elite transfers only. No waiting time for shared fixed time transfers.

DTS drivers will hold a sign with your name.  They will be AIRPORT in Naples: outside customs. TRAIN Station Naples Central Station :  at the top of rail track  of the arrival of your train. SHIP/BOAT at the port or at the disembarkation point for passengers.

If you have booked a private/elite transfer no waiting time, if its a shared shuttle you need to wait for the fixed departure times.

Every client booked, are entitled to carry 1 piece of luggage plus 1 piece of hand luggage , this is included in the transfer price. Any extras need to be communicated to DTS and surcharges will apply. Also bigger vehicles need to be booked.

If you have booked a private/elite transfer, yes you can but the stop will not be for a lot of time or in alternative you can pay for one or more full hours of stop and make a different organization of your trip.

Private transfer is direct door to door and there is no waiting time as the driver will be ready at the time you requested. Shuttle shared transfer, could pickup or drop off on route and also have a specific schedule time to follow. As is a shared service sometimes/not always can happen that the driver lost a bit of time in collecting all the clients that have booked the same shuttle’s time.However the office communicate any kind of  changement in advance.
